Monday, June 22 marked the first day of NYC’s Phase 2 of re-opening. Although we still aren’t shaking hands, Real Estate activities are again permitted, and we are taking necessary steps to ensure everyone’s safety. So, what does all of that mean for you?
We will continue to uphold the social distancing guidelines of 6 feet of space during showings and in-person meetings.
We will wear protective face coverings during our in-person interactions and ask that you do the same for the safety of all involved. A reminder that face coverings are legally required in any shared or public space.
Regular handwashing will continue to be a part of our routine. We will also be working to keep all properties and meeting spaces clean and sanitized.
Showing limitations and restrictions differ depending on the building or property. We will be utilizing a COVID-19 Disclosure form for screening purposes to help keep all parties safe and will work with all sellers and landlords to make sure we adhere to specific guidelines.
KEEPING THINGS VIRTUAL
We will continue virtual meetings and tours when possible to help limit face-to face interactions. Although we’ve missed seeing you in person, we want to ensure that all are safe and that NYC can continue onto Phase 3!
