I conduct extensive research on your property, street, neighborhood, looking at recent market activity to accurately price your home. 

After walking-through your property, I develop an action plan to get the house “show ready”. Recommendations may include de-cluttering, cosmetic repairs, painting, decorating, and staging. 

A strategic marketing plan is devised to sell your house for the highest price in the shortest amount of time. I use high-end professional photography, video and floor plans to create custom marketing materials. 

Once I have procured a buyer for your home, I guide you through every step of the escrow process, from negotiation through closing. When issues arise, whether it’s related to home inspections or the buyer qualifying for their loan, I am your advocate and am here to advise and lead you to a successful close.

My Strategy for Finding Your New Home

I will have a consultation with you to discover what really matters most to you in your new home. Once I have a detailed profile of your needs, then the search begins. While most agents only look on the MLS for on-market properties, I have access to off-market properties that no one else knows about. In addition, my relationship with other agents often benefits my clients by getting them into listings first and having their offers accepted over the competition.

Once you find your dream property, I will walk you through every step of the process from negotiating the price and terms of the offer, going into contract, all the way to the closing table. Making sure the transaction is smooth and successful.
